The overall goal of the Precision Nutrition and Wellness Initiative is to become a world leader in precision nutrition and wellness research to help transform sickcare to healthcare

 

Research Aims:

  • Utilize advances in genomics, metabolomics, microbiome, health monitoring and machine learning technologies to quantify an individual's state of health, prevent disease, and treat existing conditions.

  • Optimize the state of health through balancing sleep and stress along with precision nutrition, exercise and lifestyle based on an individual's immune function, cognition, genetics, metabolism and environment.

  • Design a new healthcare model connecting patient, physician, and researcher for prediction and/or early detection of pathological processes, subsequently facilitating the prevention of disease onset and the optimization of health.
